In the market for more than two decades, Alltec is a genuinely Brazilian, strategic company for the national defense, security and aerospace industries. Located in São José dos Campos, since its foundation in 1995 the company has specialized in the development and production of structures using high-performance composites, directed at the most diverse sectors. Alltec has significant participation in projects such as military airplanes (KC390 military transport), submarines (PROSUB), shielding of military vehicles (Guarani), besides providing structures for ground radar equipment, missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and rockets for the Brazilian space program. Committed to its mission to invest in research and development, Alltec participates actively in diverse innovation projects.

CONSCIOUS MANAGEMENT

Besides investing in the technical training of its employees and the development of new technologies, Alltec also maintains a conscious policy for the optimal usage of its productive processes. To this end, the company adopts the ‘Lean Philosophy’ as a strategic management tool, generating as results: reductions in waste, improvements in quality, and reductions in the duration of operation cycles.

It is certified in NBR 15100:2010 - SAE AS 9100B, and continually seeks to improve its management models, work processes and quality of services and products.

PARTNERS

Proximity to research centers and universities is also one of the organization's missions. Today, the company has partnerships with the University of São Paulo (USP), the Institute for Technological Research (IPT), the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp), the São Paulo State University (Unesp), and the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA). It is part of the Brazilian Aerospace Cluster, an aerospace cluster located in the São José Technology Park.

“This relationship with universities and research centers is extremely important for the growth of our company. In this wide network, our philosophy is to give and receive support. A collaborative network, where we all grow together”, explains the industrial director, Euvaldo Rodriguez Albaladejo.

Currently, Alltec has a force of 200 highly trained and qualified personnel, distributed across the sectors of quality, administration, engineering, production, management, and purchasing, operating from the company's four units located in São José dos Campos.

For the manager Juliana Machado da Mota, the objective is to grow even further in the coming years and open new work and business fronts for the company. “We're a company that's ready and qualified to absorb big national defense projects. And we're proud to contribute to the development and technological autonomy of our country.”

With this, Alltec follows its history, which combines high qualification of its staff and state-of-the-art technologies.
